The rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11:00 am. Upon request and at an additional charge, a late check-out can be booked at the following prices per person:

• Check-out with room until 8:00 p.m. incl. afternoon snack: EUR 89.-
• Check-out without room until 8:00 p.m. incl. afternoon snack: EUR 49.-
• Check-out with room until 2:00 p.m. incl. afternoon snack: EUR 69.-
• Check-out without room until 2:00 p.m., without afternoon snack: EUR 19.-

In the parents' room (2 full-paying adults):

0-2 years: € 0.-
3-5 years: € 45.-
6-14 years: € 85,-
15-17 years: - 30%

Taking your four-legged friend with you is possible on request to a limited extent - so please always inform us when making your reservation. We charge € 25 per day/pet (without food) and ask you to keep your pet on a lead at all times in the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and buffet area. On request, we can reserve a table in the bar parlour including your pet - the number of tables is limited. Furthermore, pets are not allowed in the Nature SPA or on the sunbathing lawn, especially in the natural pond. However, pets are welcome in the hotel lobby and on the garden terrace.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance under the following link: European Travel Insurance. There are no cancellation costs up to 7 days before arrival. After that we reserve the right to charge 80% of the amount. For bookings in the New Year's Eve week and carnival week there are no cancellation costs 14 days before arrival.
