Even before the sun rises, senior chef Sepp bakes fresh homemade bread according to an old family recipe using ancient wheat from East Tyrol. The delicious crust is finished with walnuts, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds or sesame seeds. Fresh from the oven on the breakfast buffet - for an enjoyable start to a new day's holiday.

A visit to the Jakoberhof
During our visit to the nearby Jakoberhof farm, we were able to take a look at the production process and even lend a hand ourselves. Dairy products such as buttermilk, fresh milk, yoghurt and cheese are produced here for the farm shop. Our favourites from the Jakoberhof: grey cheese and the delicious cream cheese balls.
