Genuine enjoyment and top quality are inextricably linked. We select our food carefully and are supplied by many East Tyrolean businesses, because our gourmet cuisine is regional and seasonal. Our restaurant is also very popular with locals and guests from the surrounding area.


Ingeniously regional - Delicacies from East Tyrol

The centrepiece of our hotel is the kitchen. Our kitchen team prepares delicious dishes with great dedication and finesse. We make our own bread and jams and pick herbs from the garden. We get the best meat from the Mühlstätter butcher's shop in Matrei. Organic milk, vegetables and fruit come from the region.
