The centrepiece of our hotel is the kitchen. Our kitchen team prepares delicious dishes with great dedication and finesse. We make our own bread and jams and pick herbs from the garden. We get the best meat from the Mühlstätter butcher's shop in Matrei. Organic milk, vegetables and fruit come from the region.

Freshly baked loaves of bread, selected organic products from the region and coffee from the family roastery in Carinthia as well as homemade jams. Unusual smoothie creations with valuable vitamins. For the small appetite in between, we prepare a small, fine buffet with homemade cakes and strudel, warming soups, homemade bread and fresh salads for you every day. In fine weather, of course, on our terrace with a view of our local mountain Zunig!
