How much is the deposit?
30 per cent of the total amount at the time of booking

Check-in & Check-out
Rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11.00 am.

Is late check-out available?
Late check-out can be booked on request and at an additional cost at the following rates per person:
- Check-out with room until 8.00 pm, including an afternoon snack: EUR 89
- Check-out without a room until 20:00, including an afternoon snack: EUR 49
- Check-out with room until 14:00, including an afternoon snack: EUR 69
- Check-out without a room by 14:00, excluding an afternoon snack: EUR 19

What are the children’s prices?
In the parents’ room (2 full-paying guests):
0–2 years: free
3–5 years: €45 per night
6–14 years: €85 per night
15–17 years: 30% off the adult rate

What are the cancellation terms?
There are no cancellation charges up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we reserve the right to charge 80 per cent of the total amount. For bookings during New Year’s Eve week and Carnival week, there are no cancellation charges up to 30 days before arrival.

How much is the local tax?
€2.60 per person per night (aged 14 and over). In return, you’ll enjoy benefits in our region of East Tyrol, such as free public transport.

No – the Christmas and New Year’s Eve programme is included in the room rate.
