The room is cleaned daily. For sustainability reasons, you may opt out of room cleaning – however, toilet paper, rubbish and towels are always checked.

30 per cent of the total amount at the time of booking

Rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11.00 am.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out can be booked on request and at an additional cost at the following rates per person: Check-out with room until 8.00 pm, including an afternoon snack: EUR 89Check-out without a room until 20:00, including an afternoon snack: EUR 49Check-out with room until 14:00, including an afternoon snack: EUR 69Check-out without a room by 14:00, excluding an afternoon snack: EUR 19

There are no cancellation charges up to 7 days before arrival. After that, we reserve the right to charge 80 per cent of the total amount. For bookings during New Year’s Eve week and Carnival week, there are no cancellation charges up to 30 days before arrival.
